- competitive pay - good management - in-house specialty training
Cons
- often not enough technicians for the job volume - long work days - work expectations are not standardized, leading to QA differences between technicians

I love the work environment. Everyone treats each other like family, and there’s a genuine sense of camaraderie here. The work is enjoyable as well, it’s very hands on and educational, not to mention applicable to other careers/projects
Cons
The initial work dragged a bit, but that was due to Covid-19, not really the fault of Espresso Partners.
