The company truly cares about bringing the right people on board, ensuring they have the right personality - friendly, results-driven, and with a desire to grow both personally and professionally. The leadership team cares about its employees and wants the employees to have an adequate work/life balance. The team also encourages employees to keep learning outside of work, providing a yearly stipend for this. The company is growing quickly, and with the relatively small number of employees compared to the size and growth, the ability to make an impact is large. The environment in the company is very collaborative, and you get to work with many teams, from supply chain to customer service to analytics to sales, in many/most cases. The CEO is amazing and has created a leadership team that truly cares about everyone. Working for any executive/director will be a great experience.
