Thrown in at the deep end, learnt a lot Company focused on innovation
Cons
Lack of respect from leaders pervades company culture. Distrust in employees and micromanagement is rife. Lots of very unhappy employees, no understanding of importance of staff retention. New graduates expected to work extremely long hours as standard. Constant fire fighting, no support from management to improve working conditions
