Pros
1. In terms of mentoring, the leaders (COO and CEO) are really great. You'll definitely learn so much. 2. During my time with EFI, we have a very open and collaborative team culture which made it faster to accomplish projects. 3. The company is very agile. 4. If they see potential in you, they'll really give you an opportunity to grow, learn more, and eventually be promoted.
Cons
1. Employee culture is really very toxic. Do expect to work with people who'll criticize you personally even if you never worked with them. 2. Majority of employees aren't that professional. Also, management is very pro-nepotism. 3. HR is pro-management, anti-employee. 4. Management is unbelievably cheap so salaries are very very low compared to industry standards.
