Pros
Compared with other places in which I have worked in the ESL industry. I would say that EEC has the most welcoming environment, fantastic colleagues, a supportive management and great teachers. I would thoroughly recommend working here.
Cons
As a manager the workload can go up and down, but that is to be expected.

Colleagues stuck together, were kind and supportive.
Cons
Toxic environment where nothing you do is ever enough. Micromanaged and questioned about everything you do. Customer is always right and you should go above and beyond your job description even if that means bending policies.
