      Pros

      Proper flexible working and strong family leave policies balancing family life and work. Really lovely bunch of people with everyone willing to help each other out, both within teams and cross functionally.

      Cons

      Not really a con but it's high-paced and there can be a lot of work at certain times which may not suit everyone

      I joined just over six months ago, and have had an intense but amazing onboarding experience, lead by a great HR team, with a strong vision from the CEO. The whole company is likable and enthusiastic

      Cons

      Always busy but a manageable amount of work.

      Pros

      Essential Pharma introduced an Agile Working Policy, which states that employees have to be in the office for 2 days a week on average and the core working hours are from 10am till 3pm, leaving room for parents/carers to do school drop offs/pick ups etc., contributing to a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      It's not necessarily a negative, but if you are thinking of working at Essential Pharma, you need to be aware of the fact that the pace is relentless. The business is also subject to a lot of change.
