Pros

The people working there aside from the management level are great! When the bosses aren’t around, that’s when you see team work, and fun! The team tries to help whenever possible and hang out for lunch whenever in the office

Cons

SOOOO MANY! 1. Who is the actual boss, the lady or the male boss? Who should I listen to? Who makes the decision? Cause both of them do not communicate and just tell the staff to do things that contradicts 2. Outcasts whoever you didn’t like! When I was first there, ohhh the treatment was great! And I thought I could stay there for long. BUT as soon as I put myself first in a situation, then I start to become the selfish one, the one that didn’t support them? Excuse me! It’s my right hor! I am not sold to the company! 3. The salary! Omg mind you! I have a degree, I have experience! And yet I am being paid less than a diploma holder: <$1800! I am paid more than that when I am a diploma holder! And I am working twice more than my pay! 4. The management makes promises here and there during the interview. But when you actual join, I think they dreaming yo! 5. Claims! Always takes so long! Can wait up to 2 weeks to a month for a claim! 6. Management doesn’t like the colleagues to get too close to one another. They are bent against that and make it a living hell for us. We colleagues it’s normal for us to have lunch together. But when it’s lunch time, wow oh wow! They tried all sorts of method by calling one us back or have a meeting with some of us just so we can’t have lunch together. 7. The bosses are in charge of other businesses aside from this company. And they expect the staff to be also working in these other roles. For example. We are doing project executive, planning events etc or looking for promoters. Suddenly just because of manpower they want us to drive a van. Be a delivery person! Are we paid more? No we are not! We are paid the same! 8. Every proposal we do, comes a quotation. Before we sent it out to the client they want to take a look. The numbers they come up with the quotation, grab it from the sky! It doesn’t even make sense. But the lady boss says “it doesn’t matter as long as we get the project”. And when we actually get the project, she would ask “why you set so low ah the cost?” HELLO! You were the one to come up with the costs leh! You ask me? 9. The bosses always says they are professional! And I always thought… professional?! Professional means being late? Professional means wearing shirt and shorts to meeting and expect staff to wear formal? Professional means being rude to the staff? Professional means smoking in the office? Yeah then I think you are professional 10. There is no training whatsoever. They don’t want the team to be friends, they are very against it. They want to be in everyone business. They use us for other side hustle they do. They pretend they are good bosses by provide food and drinks, but if that comes with them treating us like rubbish I rather pay for my food. They call you all the time even when we are on leave / sick or on weekends! Just because they work all day doesn’t mean we have to!

Pros

1) Free lunch free food... they will bribe you with food to make you work more for them. 2) Free drama show everyday. 3) You will have chance to see Mediacorp actor in the office as they are boss's Best Friend. They will often to have partying section in the premises, how appropriate~

Cons

1) There's SEVEN CCTV in the office, used to caring the staff of where you go, what you doing and there will be calls every morning on attendance checking. 2) Working overtime is a must. They will unintentionally make you stay after working hour. 3) Any words against her opinion (disobey), you will get FIRED. 4) No work life balance. You must put work as a priority. 5) If they need you, you must come even though you are sick. 6) Sometimes you will be in the role of personal assistance of boss or lady boss; helping out to pick up their pet from grooming section, polish his shoes, wash his car, taking care their mother, buy a pack of cigarette and etc. 7) Well taught on how to be a loner in office. Strictly no smoking companion, no chit-chat between staff and etc. 8) They will defeat your confident and make you feel how worthless you are for them. 9) They will make your last day at work unforgettable and incredibly sad.

Pros

It was okay in the beginning. free lunch from time to time.

Cons

if you enjoy working long hours with not much compensation and tight scrutiny from the manager. seen people just MIA from work because they couldn't take it anymore. and people are arrowed so often just to push blame. some are bullied till they break down. if you can stomach toxic culture and no work life balance, then give it a go.
