      Good place to learn, bad for expectations from top management

      Pros

      Team mates used to work together for a project delivery. Good place to learn new skills with good quality surfacing in Alias. They were trying to improvise on boundaries for work-life balance.

      Cons

      Top management is selfish and weird. They used to pay less salary according to industry standards.

      1) They expect that you should do overtime daily 2) manager don't approve leaves 3) Increment is low 4) they ask to sign bond for fresher employees, give less increament
