1. Work life balance 2. Great staff benefits- eg leaves, working hours, off days, incentives, bonus and yearly increments. 3. Meritocratic environment, job satisfaction. 4. Management is empathetic and willing to listen to staff suggestions to improvise or make improvements etc. 5. Competitive salary package. 6. Extremely Low staff turnover compared to other companies in same industry.
Cons
None at the moment, I have joined this company since day 1 and we are still expanding and evolving . Similar to all workplaces, you meet different types of colleagues, some are great, some may be toxic.. which is why we encourage open communication in our organisation, however not everyone especially junior staffs are equipped with this intrinsic skill set.
