Pros
Some personnel are decent people, but that's about it. Cheaper snacks than ICA.
Cons
Total lack of safety. Emergency stops do NOT work, they are NEVER tested and the managers all scrape safety reports under the carpet. No matter the urgency the reports take on average 280 days to be reviewed and even then they are mostly closed with "no action". Low pay with insane work load. Management asks employees to perform unsafe work in order to get production up. Even overruling safety stops. Hierarchical structure with sexist people at the top. Old and NASTY factory that Livsmedelsverket really should check out.
