The OG team strengthened the distributor network to a fine operating machine.
Cons
Shares are not worth anything. Every dime is pinched at employees expense. Leadership are in roles they have no former qualifications to validate their placement. Owner throws around that everyone is family to keep your pay aspirations down. When in doubt, give it away, and blame the next person.
