I strongly advise against joining this company. The founder presents herself and the organisation as a supportive, women-focused, flexible workplace, but the reality is far from it. The treatment of employees is appalling, and the atmosphere is toxic. Despite the company's outward image, the founder exhibits a complete lack of empathy, firing employees without warning or valid reason, regardless of personal circumstances. During my time there, I witnessed numerous instances of mistreatment and manipulation. While I left voluntarily after recognizing these red flags from day one, I still endured three months of this hostile environment. The stories she concocts to explain the sudden departures are often fabrications designed to protect her image. This is not the message of a bitter ex-employee, but a genuine warning. If you value your well-being and career, steer clear of this company—you will regret it if you don't.
