Too much to list, either they like you, or they hate you. The long-time employees are unfriendly, angry, racist, and lazy. They expect you to do the dirty work, would rather sit and berate you than help, are unhelpful when asked questions, and the work environment is unsafe. They made new people climb inside to clean out the cement mixer and wouldn't help certain people they didn't like. This made multiple people break out in hives, since they don't provide adequate protection, and they retaliated against people who tried to avoid it because they were diagnosed with contact dermatitis. I heard multiple remarks like "i'm not racist, it just depends on their color." I saw managers that were supposed to be training someone ignore direct questions, scream at them, throw things at them, and shoulder check them in the hallway. After talking to management about it multiple times, no action was taken. The people that have been working here long-term hate their job, and will tell you this.
