Pros
The people on the ground floor are incredible. Competent, kind, and do excellent work. Remote work and flex hours are nice. The benefits are pretty good.
Cons
Either no direction or mixed messages from top leadership. Severe lack of empathy in the executive suite. Getting the resources and tools you need to do your job is impossible. Severe lack of diversity in management, old boys’ club. All this has severely negatively impacted clients and then the internal teams get blamed for clients leaving or not meeting targets. Lack of transparency, accountability, and communication from execs. They essentially took 8 great companies, smushed them together, and made them bad for everyone.
