      * Unstable Org - Lack of vision and out of place business model * Process - Completely Ad hoc process (driven by managers will) * Revenue - Funding Issues / Zero Revenue * HR - Policy not employee favorable (Can fire you anytime without giving notice period) * Team - Very small team (Working hard without any success) * Work Pressure - High * Business - Unable to win any deal * Tech Stack - Dated Tech and Complex system * Brand - Zero Brand Value

      High salary without any benefits or protection

      Cons

      High pressure job - Asked to work long hours daily and over weekends. HR is non existent. There is no respect/appreciation for employees. All managers (VP/Directors) are highly overpromoted, temperamental and incompetent.
