      do not care about employees. will tell you they like to promote within but rarely do.

      This is an interesting statement as 3 employees have been promoted (internally) in the month of April alone and 7 have been promoted (internally) this year.

      No growth, underpaid, overworked

      Pros

      You gain a lot of experience as entry level. Good for right out of college and want to gain some experience. Don’t say more than a year.

      Cons

      CEO gets sidetracked a lot. He has ideas and wants to try new things. But at this point, you need to stick to what you know. Office is full of camera for management to keep an eye on employees. Pretty much to make sure people are working non stop. Feel like lab rats. Company has no growth. If you want to grow, get a job somewhere else. People are underpaid and overworked. It’s normal to work until 9pm and on the weekend. There’s no work/life balance at all. Benefits are terrible. No retirement until after 3 years. Only 2 weeks of vacation. And health insurance is mediocre. No overtime pay for people on salary or any other form of compensation. There are analysts who work close to 60 hours a week.
