Work hours and general work pressure are deficient. Micro-managing is not a thing here (or at least it is not in Sales). Some areas have very decent IT professionals due to their massive years of experience.
Cons
Managers lack either the necessary job experience or the interpersonal skills required to lead their teams effectively. Additionally, the company operates without a coherent business strategy or a clear vision. Newer technologies remain unfamiliar.
