      Most of your co-workers are amazing.

      Cons

      Upper management has no concern regarding an employees work-life balance. Upper management of late (last 10-12 months) demonstrate no concern over the employees health issue and instead choose to terminate before finding out that the cancer victim will actually not be missing ANY assigned work hours, but will continue to work more overtime than almost anyone in the lab.

      Flexible hours, decent health insurance, and decent opportunities for overtime.

      Cons

      Miserly pay and raises. Forced to take time off during Q1. Opportunities for advancement are minimal. An aging and shrinking core of experienced workers with a revolving door of new hires leaving as soon as they get a year or two of experience. Remote and on-site management shows little appreciation for the people getting the job done and seem to have no interest in making the lab a better place to work.

      Relatively easy work, nice facility

      Cons

      Work environment very pushy, fast-paced. Sneaky comments from management. No room for socializing at work. Will be reprimanded for taking a 3 minute chat with a coworker instead of finding something to constantly be doing. No one seems very happy
