Pros
If you are ready to take responsibility and get your hands dirty, you could have a very fullfilling experience at EAI that will teach you a lot. You will experience a lot of freedom if you know how to color within the lines and do your job well. The biggest con (see below) is also its biggest pro. There is a lot to do in a relatively small and scrappy outfit and it's not for everyone but if you are up to the task, you will have many cool finished projects under your belt. Proactivity is encouraged and rewarded; expected above a certain level.
Cons
There is a lot to do in a relatively small and scrappy outfit. There are rough edges and you may be expected to do a lot of open ended problem solving so if you are looking for a smooth sailing in your new job, this very startup-like culture may not be for you. High turnover in some departments.

flat structure, open to collaboration and new ideas, great opportunities to make an impact and a lot of room for growth
Cons
technical infrastructure isn't very stable which can lead to frustration or delays and you are expected to deliver without too much guidance (this may be a pro for many people).
