Hours and volume of work are horrendous and management does not seem concerned or willing to address burnout. Missing objectives in the last few years, always on construction. Seems like most are just trying to stay above water. It is common for employees to be “always on” and work 10+ hour days or into late evening regularly. ECA is not scaling hiring quickly enough to match ambitious organisation initiatives and internal hiring needs. The corporate culture is very traditional and hierarchical (despite what they say) and does not promote openness or balance. Forced return to office and inflexibility with remote work feels arbitrary and behind the times. If you value having a life and prefer a progressive, flexible workplace consider an other place.
