-employees -young, international team -a croissant every Friday (but for this you work like a dog the whole week)

Cons

-there’s a lot of pressure, you need to always give 120%, but the salary is not good -trainings and language courses were promised to us - a lot of empty promises -very little options for a promotion - so if you’re career-oriented, it’s not for you -in content, you will mostly translate, in cs you’re just a number (stress on quantity not quality) and in sales you have to earn a lot, otherwise you’re seen as an expense -they need to realize a worker is an investment not an expense -arrogant CEOs

Nice colleagues and atmosphere for the most part.

Cons

The management does not care about customer or employee satisfaction. Sometimes work 70 hrs a week with no thanks, it's just expected because "it's startup". when promise is made, it rarely happens. expectations are really high, and there is only care for profit. The ego is the main priority
