      There are no pros to working here

      Cons

      They have no HR department. They tolerate bad management and if you try to report any issue they will terminate you. Multiple people leaving due to bad management. Owner is aware and does nothing.

      -Management style is severe micromanagement. No trust within employees or the team - Not allowed to collaborate with other team members - Minimal vacation pay - Compensation is fair- but could do better - All the right words are said, but never practiced. * *Fire employees for speaking up about management - Have to be a “yes man” in order to succeed and be respected
