      Pros

      Clear daily tasks and understandable goals. Good relationship with both advertisers and publishers. Modern ad stack. Management doesn’t micromanage. Pleasant team with zero toxic people.

      Cons

      Traffic quality dropped in some geos recently. Need to constantly look for new sources. Seasonality strongly affects results. Limited influence on offer selection. Sometimes too many meetings about the same things.

      The company is growing, so there are always new opportunities. Management supports new verticals and tests. Good networking within the industry. Clear KPIs and transparent evaluation. Nice work-life balance most of the year.

      Cons

      Closing big deals takes longer than expected. Some markets are already oversaturated. Need to travel occasionally which is tiring. Competitors are aggressive with rates. Internal coordination between departments can be slow.

      Pros

      Work is never boring — every day is different. Company really cares about fraud protection and gives us proper tools. Good cooperation with the tech team. Salary matches the responsibility level. Professional growth is fast.

      Cons

      Fraud patterns change weekly, need to stay extremely focused. Sometimes have to block big publishers who were sending mostly good traffic before. High mental load. False positives still happen and annoy partners. Night monitoring during big campaigns.
