      Modern offices/factory, a few genuine/funny people. Buying each other Birthday presents (don't you dare refuse). The classic free 'pizza lunch' once every two months.

      Cons

      Exploitation of workers wrapped-up as important deadlines. Very little management support. Expectation of long hours and late/weekend working. Blame culture. You get it.
