good pay rate, good weekend and night rates

Cons

terrible management, managers and hr do not care about employees AT ALL, extremely bleak job, computers never worked (terrible for clients who have to do their exams on computers, can be terrible for their final grade), super high turnover rate speaks for itself, weren’t allowed to have anything in the office like artwork or plants etc (every pearson office had to be the same)
