Business outlook
Pros
This is one excellent company, very positive atmosphere, very cooperative and open management. I used to play racquetball with my boss and his boss at the UofU before work. E&S hires a wide range of talented people, and management's door is always open. Compensation was not stellar, but it was fair and reasonable. I miss this great employer now that I've gone.
Cons
There was some of the standard popularity in promotion that was somewhat disappointing, and for me the other negative was that they're in Utah. But these are very small issues.
