The office space is super depressing, and its expected to work there once a week although there are no meetings worth attending in person.
Micro-managing across every team. Too many process changes and product changes. Goals seems to be unachievable for most and not sure who sets the goals or what they are trying to do. Depends on your manager, but some are much better than others.
Low morale and not sure what next year will be like. Managers and other leaders seem very stressed and siloed. On my team, its all about metrics and not about the events or CXOs.
