      Management will move high performers to different territories or brands where they have to start all over again while the communities they leave then suffer from lack of continuity.

      A relaxed work environment and a great team.

      Cons

      One of the challenges is that you never really understand the purpose of your work or how it impacts the overall goals of the organization. No POC friendly.
