      Pros

      A few supervisors showed interest in skilling up the salesforce.

      Cons

      The CEO screwed the whole company, declaring personal bankruptcy and using his stake in the company as collateral, which meant none of us got paid for 2 months work before the company went under. Very dishonestly handled.
