Pros
None really, many other agencies' benefits significantly outweigh Eventscape's. I dont recommend taking a job here at all

-Horrible management of projects -Overworked hours almost daily -HR act more like enforcers rather than anything helpful for employees -Incompetent bosses are indifferent from reality us employees are facing -When the owner passed away everything went downhill very fast -Unrealistic deadlines -Unrealistic expectations for budgets -Unrealistic goals that lead to burnout -Forcing us to consume our earned rest leaves but at the same time we have to go to work because we are still needed for most projects since they have less than 5 working days deadline -Unreliable coworkers are everywhere across multiple departments and most of the time you have no choice except to take on multiple roles -Overall the worst job I have had so far, I now know what to avoid moving forward
