Pros

Coworkers and managers are great. Easy going workplace in terms of attitude. It's mostly up to you how well you'll do. Trainers are excellent and everyone is willing to help anyone who's new. It's not a typical telemarketing job that you're hard selling magazines or something lame like that. The incentives are easily attainable and commission comes from every sale - not after you reach a certain amount, like some jobs. There's also a decent base pay that allows this position to provide stable income, even in the slow months.

Cons

It would be great to get some new numbers for the areas in which we work.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Since we do not buy our numbers we have to wait for new public numbers to come available to add to our rotation, which we do annually.

Pros

No Background Checks No Drug Testing No Reference Checks That being said, they hire anyone. So if you are a druggie with a criminal record, then you can get a job in the call center in Spokane Valley instantly! Set work schedule, same every week. Four ten hour shifts for full-timers so you get three day weekends, and two part-time shifts available.

Cons

No Background Checks No Drug Testing No Reference Checks That being said, there are a lot of unsavory individuals who work/worked in the call center. High turn over rate. Commission structure changed with zero notice and the powers that be attempted to retro date the new commission structure which I am pretty sure is illegal. The management (both have zero previous management backgrounds) in the call center are nothing more then glorified baby sitters who can't seem to maintain structure or morale with the call center employees. Management themselves are extremely unprofessional, yell and curse at call center employees, make off colored remarks in regard to customers of ethnic origin and even fellow employees of ethnic origin (words like "that colored boy", "orientals" and "terrorists" are casually thrown around BY MANAGEMENT!). Employees show up drunk, dirty (as in smell to high heaven) and/or high and management allows them to stay. Sexual harassment is completely ignored. There is no HR department. Zero room for advancement. Zero pay increases, zero employee reviews. Only one call center employee has been there for more then 6 years and they are still at the same hourly wage as they were 6 years ago, $12.50 an hour. The "benefits" package they boast about offering is a complete joke, it's healthcare, one option with a $2500 yearly deductible, no dependent care coverage at all. Even the health care option they do offer changes frequently. You have to put in 3 years before you will see any paid vacation time. There are zero paid personal days or sick days. The "rules" set forth by management in an attempt to control the unsavory employees they refuse to fire has turned the work environment into the type of environment you would expect in a third world sweat shop. Management has actually stopped everyone in the call center from working in order to call a "meeting" to yell at us about when we are allowed to go to the bathroom! If you dare go to the bathroom outside of a scheduled break, be prepared to be yelled at! Also, don't you dare speak to a co-worker, you will be threatened with a "write-up". However management can interrupt you on the phone and talk about their dogs, kids or what they are having or dinner. But if you dare speak to a co-worker, even about a work related issue, again, be prepared to get yelled at and or threatened with a "write-up". The latest threat by management is that they are watching us on cameras now so we better behave! Rules are enforced completely different from one manager to the other. SO what one lets slide, they other may not and vice versa. Zero stability. There is no morale boosting, no positive encouragement. Bad ethics with not only employees but customers as well. Read the reviews on Yelp for a glimpse how this company does business. It's bad, just bad.
