- You can negotiate a competitive salary compared to most agencies - They offer a great bonus program
Cons
- Constantly overworked. I'm talking 9a - 9p everyday. No work life balance. - Zero culture, an abundance of bad attitudes & lack of respect - Senior management cracks the whip instead of leading a team. - The company as a whole isn't proactive in the least bit, they simply just scramble to get things done. - They never push back on the client and really run around in circles to please them - There are zero people of color within senior management and it truly reflects within the culture of the company
