Pros
They allow you to improve your education with some courses and language lessons. They have a lot of company events and even have one for the employees' families. The location is also good and the people always try to help you.
Cons
There is no career progression and no wage rise. They always try to pass the idea that you will be paid a big salary but that is not true. The management does not recognise value and tends to downgrade and "shut down" great minds and talent, especially if it comes from people who "don't go with the flow". Time management and planning are not great and tend to create lots of pressure on other departments.
