Pros
Everpia is one of leading company in bedding industry. Their strenghs is about B2C goods or for enduser, have loyaly customer because of good quality and design, and most of their income comes from this field. Company have good policy for employer, include vacation pay, salary, bonus... Senior manager is Korean, they friendly and understanding.
Cons
B2B field is not good as B2C field, have many rules, complicated procedure. Though B2B is much more focus on product specification and customer demands, B2B sales have not enough training and knowledge about what they will sell to customers.
