Pros
Team members have room to grow, there is plenty of focus on career development and commitment to employees' well-being, your voice is heard, you get to learn something new every day (sometimes minute), incredibly flexible where possible and reasonable, independent and team-based work, many projects to choose from, family-like atmosphere, you often have "ownership" of your work, new ideas are welcome, free snacks, occasional free meals, and for a small team it has been quite diverse.
Cons
It's a small company, which means low pay and there are never enough hands to do it all. If you don't like wearing many hats and learning every day, it may not be a good fit for you. Processes are in the process of being improved, which can be a little bumpy, but is well worth it.
