Joel owner of the company is cool. To bad he dont know whats going on within his company. Tammy over HR is decent as well thats about all good i have for this company.

Nothing at all. This company has no integrity.
Cons
Constant monitoring of employees. The turnover rate is atrocious! Selling service contracts for autos to folks who have very little money--which includes the elderly. Use of fear tactics to get these people to sign. I have heard people whose loved ones are dying from cancer are pressured to sign for this service, even though they have said over and over they are not interested. This company has no shame!
