Free food sometimes and some of the people are cool
Cons
That KiwiSaver is included in the 60,000 base. If you don’t make your targets you owe them more the next quarter. Management is driving around in Tesla’s and the people who do all the work are paid less than a supermarket checkout person You have to work really long hours for big bonuses Definitely not flexible with work from home

They give you a job and paint an amazing picture of the company.
Cons
-boys club that has no real HR, constantly firing and changing HR staff -used to have a social element, but that has been fully lost -only care about sales, management doesn’t care about clients -they hide you from the rest of the industry so you don’t know the amazing opportunities out there -they make it hard to leave and move on with your career -pay is an absolute joke, goal post constantly shifted
