The company does not treat its employees well due to it's unstated policy of putting the company above all. Many examples came out over the years including a law suit claim against a former employee which was sent to his new company due to his decision to leave Evogene. In addition to the above, Evogene suffer from lack of advancement opportunities within the company, and a very high barrier to get a salary increase. Namely. one can work for many years at Evogene while earning the same pitiful salary even if by some miracle he/she managed to advanced to another position within the company.
