Don't compromise your mental health, avoid at all cost.
Pros
Flexible working during COVID. Ending now as new additions are expected to be in an empty office (because nobody wants to go) at least 3 days per week.
Cons
First of all, don't be fooled. Lots of the positive reviews are written by current employees that have no other option but to make up a reality that doesn't exist per management request. -No perks, contrary which what is promised during interviews. -You can’t live up to client's expectations. They are told straight-up lies. -Resources are never enough for the amount of work which leads to the team stressing out, working long unpaid hours and angry clients. -Most of the team of developers/designers are overseas or contractors work full time for project. Very inconvenient for Melbourne based clients and staff. -Flexible hours and “minimum” contact with people overseas are promised, but this is not the case. Definitely no work-life balance. -Expect you to solve tasks that are not even project management related: Invoicing and phone calls (no office manager), legal and sale contracts (no sales team) and support (no support team). -The lack of support and culture is absurd. You are given the cold shoulder when you raise the problems described above. -False promises are made all the time to clients and to staff. -Absolutely no career development at all. -Salaries are below market. -High staff turnover due to people being burnt out and impossible deadlines. - Management had actions and behaviour that can be seen as bullying.
