Thank you for your review. We agree regarding lack of diversity within our management and senior management teams in terms of race. Pretty diverse in terms of gender, sexuality, religion and disability, however.
We are working hard with our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion steering group to actively break down any barriers that exist for BAME colleagues to get promoted and are actively reviewing our recruitment practices to increase the number of BAME colleagues at management levels.
We will keep listening and making changes!
Invest in staff - they value people who work there and train people thoroughly
Great services - really have an ethos of customer care running through the organisation
Cons
Keep at it - these are tough times in the supported housing world with unprecedented pressure, this is a difficult environment in which to ensure that needs of vulnerable people are met
