The training program is outstanding, led by a highly skilled director who teaches effectively—great work here! Excellent case management system, user-friendly for both office and remote work.
Cons
Salaries are low given the workload, with no meaningful incentives or bonuses (e.g., a £100 pre-tax Christmas bonus, less than 1% of annual salary, while competitors offer 3%-7%). Teams face intense pressure to deliver quickly and accurately, but staffing levels are insufficient, causing burnout and high turnover. “HR” is ineffective and unapproachable, with no proper avenue for addressing issues.
