Management will tell you anything they think you would want to hear to get you to work for them , then slowly change and go back on all perks/job benefits. Very greedy and money hungry this company does not care about the patients or therapists only the bottom dollar and what will get them the most money. Management including DOR pretends to have therapists backs and best interests so you will come to them with any concerns but will use those concerns against you. A LOT of red tape and closed door conversations that DIRECTLY negatively impact patients and the skilled therapy services they are able to access
