They can't guarantee that you'll be given any work from week to week, they will send you to work at locations that are over an hours drive away, they don't consider you as a person - just another person making them money, they NEVER pick up the phone when you call them about an issue - or they say they will call you back and then never do, and then proceed to not pick up the phone when you try to call again, they pay incorrectly on a frequent basis, they never reach out to see how the job is going.
