You will be lied to from the start - about how many hours you’ll receive, your job description, and expectations. It is vapid and superficial and barely creative work. If being an influencer/socialite is your thing, have at it. The clients refer to the staff as “party girls”. This job leads to burnout, distaste for the creative industry, and inability to pay bills. Take a job here at your own risk. Get hired as a creative executive, end up doing the president’s household chores. Be told that you can work hours that suit you, have the president on your case outside of those hours. Be told there is work life balance, be texted on the weekends. You’ve been warned.
