Pros

I first began working with them in early 2000s when they were still doing things like taking employees to horse races (ethically), sending huge christmas gifts and money gift cards. We had annual corporate meetings which included 5 star meals and afterwards beverages on the waterfront. The staff treated us like gold and very special. We were given semi annual bonuses. Now, they are much bigger so expect the same things from them as you would any other contracting company. The company still retained many of the original staff, so in that sense there is still that sense of warmth shown ocassionally.

Cons

Grew to fast and too big. Lost much of its personal touch . However it's still one of the better companies to work for since they retained many of the managers that were there since its inception and still give you that mom/pop store feeling. They pay well too. So don't low-ball yourself.

Pros

Evolver's management structure is caring enough to make an effort to put people in place to become leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs) and managers.

Cons

Too often in Evolver some persons that have been in management for a long length of time have lost touch with what the contractor/customer relationship is in the trenches. Management waste too much time making issues about the team members networking and developing working relationships with the customers that they disregard their own personnel's skills and contribution to Evolver's success.
