Really nice to work with people my own age as i was previously in an office job with people 20 years older than me and no one ever gave me responibilites or chance to progress because of my age and i had just graduated.
Everyone is really friendly and its great to be doing something different every day
Cons
Getting used to early mornings again but at least there is always good music
