Pros

Working at Evy brings out the best in you. It’s one of the rare organizations I’ve experienced where efficient project management meets clear prioritization, creating an environment where people can truly thrive. I highly recommend Evy. A few principles I particularly value: *Empowering ownership culture: employees are trusted with real responsibility and given the autonomy to drive meaningful outcomes. *Strong team spirit: a collaborative, supportive, and high-energy environment that helps everyone perform at their best. *Competitive compensation and benefits: fair pay and thoughtful perks that recognize your contributions and support your well-being. *Great feedback culture: constructive, continuous feedback that fosters growth and improvement.

Cons

None to my view tbh

Pros

None - probably the decent salary

Cons

Managers in France are very toxic, they only care about kpi and not the well being of the employees, a lot of harassment in this company, people are smoking mariju*na, an employee hacked the social media’s account of some employees for personal reasons, I do not recommend if you are looking for a place where to grow and be treated well. I’ve been fired with a 7 days notice, just to learn few months later that the manager actually pretended that I quit. The turnaround is also very big, half of the oldest employees quit or have been fired within 2 months. If you have an opportunity to not integrate that company, take that opportunity and run away from them.

Pros

- fully remote with onboarding in the Paris office - equity options

Cons

- The CTO gave positive feedback in my first 2 weeks. At the start of the 3rd week, 2 concerns are raised (they're not violations but things that can be improved) and at the end of that week, I'm let go (with 48 hours' notice). - The explanation for the decision of me "not reaching expectations" doesn't make much logical sense and what I see is that I didn't fit into the CTO's managerial style (who is on her first experience as a manager from what I see). I also see one (not junior) colleague who sabotaged my time there with his feedback to the CTO without also sharing it with me prior.
