From the very first day of the training they say to make a sale to your family and friends and if you cannot do then you are not promoted to next level or it might frustrate you resulting in leaving the job on your day 3 or day 4. No communication is made with you nor you can communicate to the management or your colleagues. And being a work from home job you keep on messaging the trainer for help but he'll not respond, and what else can one do other than that. I mean how can a company be so rude to their freshly appointed employees, without giving any knowledge or anything just for the sake of their benefit they just use people. This is not a way you impart training.
