1. Project manager has no idea what he's doing, has no knowledge in anything related to software development and has no technical skills in programming 2. Doesn't follow the standard SDLC process other software company does 3. Everything does last minute and poor time management skills 4. You will get blamed even though it was the management issue , not your issue 5. Low salary compared to what other job offers for the same role 6. Lies about WFH flexibility, and a manager that doesn't care enough to reply to your message then blames you for it
