Pride themselves on culture however bribe staff with treats and gifts just weeks before filling in the best companies surveys. CEO doesn't believe in building relationships with customers and even has said he doesn't give a s##t about relationships if the customers aren't buying any services. They run the service desk into the ground They promise a staff money pay out and hardly ever live up to this promise. If you want to be worked into the ground then work at Excalibur whilst they claim their awards.
